This is the story of how I came up with this program. I am fairly genetically gifted but I couldn't jump well and even though I was young I wanted to increase my vertical and be a dunker so I tried different combination of plyometrics and different programs but none really worked and even if it did work it wasn't a great increase. I was looking for something that could transform my vertical and have me dunking. After I developed , clearly defined and implanted the kangaroo effect it literally transformed me and not only did it help increase my vertical but It made me a dunker!
